Live Tracking and Passenger Management

With Kiwi Coaches' Passenger Management System, you can enjoy the following features to enhance your experience and ensure safety:

  • Real-Time Boarding Information: Track when and where your child boards the bus live.

  • Detailed Ride Reports: Access live reports detailing your child's rides, including the bus, boarding time, and location. This feature also supports contact tracing if required.

  • Bus Location Visibility: Parents, passengers, and teachers can track the live location of the school bus via their mobile phones. This feature helps determine if the bus is on time, its current location, or if the bus has already departed.

Bus Pass Requirements
All passengers are required to have a bus pass, which is priced at a set cost.

Fare Options Available:

  • Term Pass: A fixed fare, paid within the first week of each term. Valid only for the term paid.

  • One-Way Pass: Select a single journey option, either morning or afternoon travel.

  • Concession Tickets: Available for eligible passengers.

  • No refunds on unused services.

Terms of Payment and Responsibility

  • By using Kiwi Coaches services, I/we agree to cover all costs associated with recovering debts or non-payment of fees, including any additional charges incurred in the process.

  • I/we acknowledge that if our child(ren) misbehave, Kiwi Coaches reserves the right to remove them from the bus, with subsequent discussions involving the parent(s) and school.

  • I/we agree to be responsible for any damages caused by our child(ren) while using Kiwi Coaches services.

Privacy and Refund Policy

  • Kiwi Coaches values your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties.

  • Refunds and cancellations are available. Account holders should contact the Kiwi Coaches office to make arrangements.
